This side loading divider set was manufactured for a customer in the motorcycle industry. This system not only provides storage that protects the surface finish of the parts, when it is time for assembly, it becomes an efficient workstation. All of the parts are ready and accessible to the operator without requiring any laborious bending and reaching.
The 28.750″ x 27.000″ x 26.625″ lightweight storage system is constructed of corrugated plastic. The edges are lined with vinyl tape for increased durability during handling. We die cut and assembled 100 of these divider sets with a lead time of 5 weeks. By allowing us to create a custom divider set, the customer received a durable, lightweight, storage and assembly solution that was less expensive and more efficient than available off the shelf systems.
