Interior Packaging Design designed and fabricated this custom reusable sleeve pack, with a pallet and top pack, for a customer in the agricultural industry. Our sleeve packs offer a high load bearing capacity and can be collapsed for compact storage when not in use. This sleeve pack is made of die cut corrugated plastic and measures 47.75″ x 44.75″ x 63″ when assembled. The plastic is heat sealed and joints were drilled and riveted to create a strong, durable container. Nominal dimensional tolerances of .125″ were met and all packaging was inspected according to our internal quality management system.
This sleeve pack was designed with a drop down flap to meet the customer’s specific application. We can manufacture a variety of sleeve packs in custom configurations designed for a wide range of industries. Due to our very fast response and turnaround times, customers can often have custom packaging delivered just as quickly as standard containers. In addition to design and manufacturing, we offer repair of damaged reusable packing. This value added service can increase the life of the product, further saving packaging costs.
