Die Cut Plastic Corrugated Pcorr Cell Pad For The Injection Molding Industry

Interior Packaging Design can create custom corrugated plastic inserts that do not have to be complex to be effective. This die cut corrugated cell pad is used to efficiently store and transfer parts in the injection molding industry. The insert is 21.375″ x 13.125″ x 4.620″, and designed to fit into a stock storage bin. Custom cut trays and pads are an excellent cost-effective way to ensure that parts are effectively stored to prevent damage. The minimal cost of these inserts is often quickly offset by increases in efficiency and reduction of part damage.
Trays or inserts can be cut in any shape or size to turn stock material handling bins into custom containers. For this project, we produced 2,225 of these cells pads with a turnaround time of 4 weeks.
